How To Start The Project
After completing the form on the contact page, we will send you a link to schedule a 15 minute call to discuss your project.
Afterwards, we will schedule a 60 minute Brand Discovery session to discuss your action plan. The session will include several questions about your business. This includes your business mission, values, goals and your ideal buyer personas. This helps us position your business for success.
After the Brand Discovery session, we will include a written actionable plan, your project schedule, a detailed cost (depending upon project specifications) and a contract. Once you have reviewed the plan and signed the contract, you’ll be sent an invoice for a non-refundable 50% deposit that is due to book your spot in our schedule.
How Is My Site Built?
We use WordPress or Webflow to complete our projects, based upon scope. For email marketing, we use Mailchimp as the standard provider, unless you request a different email service specifically.
We can discuss other needed functionalities that you already have or are considering during the Brand Discovery.
Accepted Payment Options?
Payment is 50% at beginning of project. 50% upon completion. Invoice will be sent in the Brand Discovery action plan. We accept cash, all major credit cards, debit, Google/Zelle/Apple Pay, money order, and wire transfer. No checks accepted.
Do You Offer Website Support?
We give you full access to edit your site yourself and give you training videos on how to use it.

Will My Website Be Mobile-Friendly?
Yes. All of our websites are built with a focus on mobile-responsiveness.
What Will I Get In The Branding Package?
You will receive a Moodboard, Color Pallette, 3 Logo Variations & A Full Brand Identity Guide.
Do I Own My Logo?
Yes. Your logo design belongs to you to use as you would like.
How Does Billing Work?
Billing is on a monthly recurring basis for maintenance plans. Annual prices are available for a discount, by request.
Does My Support Plan Include Revisions?
No, these plans are for maintenance only. Design changes or edits are billed at an hourly rate.
Can I Sign Up For A Support Plan If You Didn’t Design My Website?
Yes, but we like to conduct a review of your current website. We’ll review the framework, design and look for any underlying issue that could affect performance. During the website evaluation, we make the necessary performance updates to your website and provide a comprehensive list of items at a flat fee of $250.
